Refund & Return Policy

Refunds & Payment Processing:
  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds are transferred directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 business days after inspection.
 Bank Transfer Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment bank account.
How to Initiate a Return:
  Send us a message on WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number and photos of the item.
 Our support team will guide you through dispatching the item back to our warehouse.
  Note: Reverse courier charges for returns/exchanges are paid by the customer unless the mistake was on our end (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).
